We would like to inform you that, due to the announced strike for tomorrow 28/02/2025, there will be delays in the routing of missions related to air and coastal connection with the region as both PNO and the airlines have announced that there will be no ferry and air routes. Also, delays are expected to occur in the routes of the missions nationwide due to the participation of employees in the strike mobilizations. Inaccessibility of roads, business closures, announcements from local trade associations and lack of recipients may greatly hinder the smooth customer service.

Regarding the operation of our stores, we inform you that there will be security personnel at least regarding the service of the areas both in the operation of the reception and in the distribution in order to be able to serve our customers regarding feasible route movements, urgent shipments, medical issues, etc.
