We would like to inform you that according to the circular of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change "Emergency measures for addressing the thermal stress of workers in the private sector on July 22, 2025" posted on 21/07/2025 regarding the mandatory preventive measures to avoid thermal stress for workers, it is stated: For workers in businesses located in areas where, according to the forecast data of the National Meteorological Service (NMS), particularly high temperatures and discomfort levels (WBGT) are expected,specifically in the Regions of Attica (excluding islands), Thessaly and Central Macedonia, in the Regional Units of Evros (Orestiada area), Viotia, Fthiotida, Aetolia-Acarnania, Euboea (Chalcis area), Chania and Rethymno as well as on the Ionian islands, Kythera, Lesbos, Chios, Rhodes and the lowland areas of the Peloponnese.it becomes mandatory to suspend work on Tuesday , 22.07.2025, during the time period of 12:00 - 17:00., for manual labor conducted outdoors, such as work on technical and construction projects, construction sites, shipbuilding. Shipbuilding and repair zones, distribution and transportation of products and items by two-wheeled vehicle, scooter, roller skates (delivery), etc.
Therefore, there may be deviations from the usual transit and delivery times of shipments in these areas.
