We would like to inform you that according to the circular of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport. "Emergency measures to address heat stress among private sector employees Wednesday, July 23, 2025" posted on 07/22/2025 regarding the mandatory preventive measures to avoid heat stress among employees are listed:

For employees of companies located in areas where, according to the latest forecast data of the National Meteorological Service (EMY), particularly high temperatures and discomfort levels (WBGT) are expected to prevail in all areas of the country, except for the mountainous areas of the mainland and the mountainous areas of Crete, it is mandatory to stop work on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, during the period 11.00 am - 6.00 pm, in manual work performed outdoors, such as work on technical and construction projects, construction sites, ship repair zones, distribution and transport of products and objects with two-wheeled vehicle, skateboard, roller skates (delivery), etc.
It is noted that the above cases of mandatory cessation of work include all employees regardless of their type of employment, including digital platforms of article 68 of law 4808/2021.
In the event that the measure of cessation of distribution operations for delivery businesses is implemented, this concerns all businesses that carry out delivery, whether they maintain a physical store or a digital platform, however, the option of ordering with the user receiving it directly from the store/pick-up point (takeaway) may be maintained active, as well as the possible possibility of executing the order with private and public vehicles, except for all types of two-wheelers and mopeds, as defined in the provisions of the Road Traffic Code, provided that they have air conditioning.
In case of failure to comply with the obligations herein, the Labor Inspectorate shall impose, in accordance with articles 23 and 24 of Law 3996/2011 (A’ 170), a fine of two thousand (2,000) euros per employee of the business.
Therefore, there may be deviations from the usual handling and delivery times of shipments in these areas.

On our part, we would like to assure you that every possible effort is being made to limit any delays and successfully deliver shipments, with priority, however, to the safety of our employees and distributors.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for your understanding.
