  • Parcels over 31.5kg cannot be accepted by the specific service.
  • In case,  parcels over 31.5 kg or 300 cm are received and forwarded  inadvertently, the charge is € 18 (incl. VAT 24%).
  • The maximum dimensions are : Upper height: 175cm and length +2 by the width +2 by the height, it should not exceed 300cm.
  • The minimum dimensions of each shipment are up to 22.9cm x 16.2cm.
  • The service is provided only for credit account customers.

  • This service is provided only by charging addressee.
  • Shipments’ monitoring is carried out with electronic tracking in all stages of shipments’ conveyance.
  • Each parcel is a separate shipment.
  • Parcels over 31.5kg cannot be accepted by the specific service.
  • The maximum dimensions are; Upper height: 175cm and length +2 by the width +2 by the height, it should not exceed 300cm.
  • The minimum dimensions of each shipment are up to 22.9cm x 16.2cm.

BALKANS ECONOMY 

  • Door to Door transport in a competitive rate from Greece to Bulgaria, Romania.
  • This service is provided only by charging shipping.
  • Reverse service from Bulgaria, Romania to Greece is supported at the same rates by charging addressee.
  • Shipments’ monitoring is carried out with electronic tracking in all stages of shipments’ conveyance.
  • Biggest weight 35 kg per shipment.
  • The maximum dimensions are: Upper height: 175cm and length +2 by the width +2 by the height, it should not exceed 300cm.
  • The minimum dimensions per shipment are 22.9cm x 16,2cm.
  • The biggest weight between natural and volumetric is applied during charge. 
  • The service is provided only for credit account customers.

CYPRUS ECONOMY

  • The biggest weight between natural and volumetric is applied during charge. 

Shipment Insurance

Each shipment, processed and not included in the prohibited postal items for carriage, is automatically insured for damage, loss or destruction in the amount of up to 50 euro for documents and 100 euro for parcels. 

Additional Shipments Insurance.Customer can completely insure shipments of great value, with a competitive insurance rate.
