We would like to inform you about our ongoing efforts to address delays in delivery times in certain areas caused by a significant increase in volume due to holidays, changes in service agencies, staff illnesses covid, H1N1, on a number of last mile delivery personnel , and anticipated extraordinary updates for worsening weather across various regions. Below is an update and normalization plan for the affected regions:

A new service point is expected to be operational at the beginning of February.
