Regarding the delays that have been caused due to the increased volume of shipments during the tourist season and in combination with the unexpected reduction of manpower in distribution in some tourist areas, we recommend our customers to collect their parcels from our stores Chania and Chios.
Regarding the days of delay in the distribution of shipments, the following applies:
• Chania: 7 days to inaccessible areas
• Pallini: Glyka Nera-Pikermi 3 days, N,Makri-Rafina-Marathonas 7 days – Papagou 6 days
• Peiraias: 3 days the mail shipments to the city center, Perama-Drapetsona 7 days
• Chios: 4-5 days
• Rethimno: 2 days to inaccessible areas
• Menidi: A.Liosia, Zofria, Zefiri, Menidi 1-2 days
• Patisia: Galatsi 1-2 days, Kipseli 10 Ddays (post codes 11255-56-57)
• Corfu: At the city center the delays are 1-2 days, at the northern part (post codes. 49083-49081) the delays are 10 days, 70% of shipments and in the Southern part delays range from 3-4 days
• Syntagma: Mail shipments to the Center of Athens in 80% of normalization and in the rest of the areas delays up to 4 days
• Mykonos: delays 2 -3 days
